Want an experience like no other?

El Camino de Santiago in Spain is one of the world's most famous and ancient pilgrimage routes, walked by hundreds of thousands of people from around the globe each year. For centuries, pilgrims have journeyed these paths seeking adventure, reflection, healing, purpose, and personal transformation. As you walk ancient trails through the Spanish countryside, life simplifies to its essentials: one step at a time, one conversation at a time, one day at a time. In that simplicity, something powerful happens. There is room to breathe, reflect, let go, reconnect, and rediscover yourself.

Why Hike With Us...

Our experience combines the magic of El Camino with life coaching, guided reflection, group sharing, and family constellation-inspired practices that help transform the journey into something far deeper than a hike. We'll take care of the logistics and support your preparation so you can focus on what matters most: being fully present to your own journey.

We experience it together,
You make it your own.
Buen Camino!

Through walking, reflection, coaching, and connection, the Camino becomes more than a hike. It becomes an opportunity to discover what is ready to unfold in your life and what steps you are being called to take next.

Daily El Camino Experience

Mornings:
Every day begins with intention. Over breakfast, we gather as a community while the coaches introduce a theme, reflection, or challenge designed to inspire your journey for the day ahead.

During The Walk:
Choose how you walk that day. Walk alone in contemplation, share meaningful conversations with a fellow pilgrims, spend time with the group. The beauty of El Camino is that there is no right way to walk it. You are part of a supportive community, yet free to create your own experience, moment by moment, step by step.

The Evenings
Regrouping over dinner to share stories, insights, and laughter from the trail. Throughout the week, optional evening experiences focused on personal growth, self-discovery, coaching, and family constellation work offer opportunities to explore more deeply the journey unfolding both on the path and within yourself.

What's Family Constellation

Family Constellation is a therapeutic approach that helps people explore how family/systems relationships and experiences, both past and present, may be influencing their lives today.Rather than focusing only on what happened, it helps you see how you are connected to the people and events that shaped your family story. As these patterns come into awareness, many people gain new understanding, compassion, and a sense of relief. They often discover that they have been carrying responsibilities that were never theirs, trying to earn belonging, or repeating patterns without realizing it.The goal is not to blame anyone or relive painful experiences. The goal is awareness. When we see things more clearly, we can make different choices and move forward with greater freedom and peace.

Coaching in Motion

The Camino becomes the coaching room.
The trail becomes the conversation.

On the Camino, Family Constellation work is integrated with walking, reflection, coaching conversations, and shared experiences with fellow pilgrims. As participants slow down and step away from daily distractions, they often begin to see their lives with fresh eyes. Questions that once felt confusing can become clearer. Recurring challenges, relationship patterns, loyalties, fears, and longings often reveal themselves in unexpected ways. The combination of walking, coaching, and constellation work creates opportunities to:* Recognize hidden patterns
* Understand family influences
* Explore recurring challenges
* Release burdens that are not yours to carry
* Strengthen your sense of belonging
* Gain clarity about your next steps
Many people describe the experience not as being "fixed," but as finally seeing something important they had never seen before.

Your transformational Coach

Juliana Martinez

Hi, I’m Juliana Martinez. I believe we are all continually learning, healing, and evolving. My experiences as a mother, immigrant, friend, and corporate professional have shaped the way I understand resilience, relationships, and personal growth. Today, I bring those experiences together in my work as a life coach and Family Constellations facilitator.I support people who want to understand themselves more deeply, move beyond patterns that no longer serve them, and create greater clarity in their lives and relationships. My own path through difficult experiences and the challenges of building a life in a new country as a young adult led me to seek inner peace, self-understanding, and self-compassion. Along the way, I learned that personal growth is not a destination, but a daily practice and commitment of becoming more aware and connected to who we truly are.My path has included the study and practice of Reiki, yoga, meditation, and Family Constellations. These practices have taught me the value of stillness, breath, body awareness, and deep listening. Family Constellations has been especially meaningful in helping me recognize how family experiences and inherited patterns can influence the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and make choices. As your coach and facilitator, I offer a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental space for reflection and discovery. Through individual or group Family Constellations—often beginning with your family tree—we can gently explore recurring patterns, bring new perspectives into awareness, and open possibilities for greater clarity, self-compassion, and healthier relationships. I do not believe in having all the answers; I believe in walking beside you as you reconnect with your own wisdom. If you feel ready to understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful changes, I would be honored to support you.

Your transformational Coach

Holger Oswald

Hi, I’m Holger Oswald. I believe that we often gain the greatest clarity when we step outside familiar routines, challenge ourselves, and create space to see life from a different perspective. My experiences as a business professional and avid traveler (having visited and worked in 19 countries), academic researcher with several degrees, military officer, martial artist, and Life Coach have shaped how I understand relationships, goal setting, resilience, and the many different paths people take through life.Over the past 20+ years, I have worked across different countries and cultures with people and organizations ranging from small businesses to global corporations. These experiences have taught me that people often know more about themselves and their situations than they realize. Sometimes, however, we become so busy managing everyday life that we lose sight of where we are going or what may be holding us back.My path has included the study and practice of Family & Systemic Constellations, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis (TA), TiPi (Sensory Identification of Unconscious Fears), and other coaching approaches. Family Constellation work has been particularly meaningful to me because it offers a perspective on how family experiences, relationships, and learned patterns may continue to influence how we see ourselves, relate to others, and make decisions.I also have a strong connection to the outdoors, movement, and physical challenge. My military and martial arts background taught me the value of discipline and resilience AND also that constantly pushing harder is not always the answer. Sometimes we need to slow down, reflect, and see what is really happening before choosing our next step.As a coach and facilitator, I offer respectful but direct feedback. My role is not to tell you what your life should look like, but to ask meaningful questions, explore what may be influencing your current situation, and walk alongside you as you discover greater clarity and direction. My philosophy: Sometimes you don't find a new direction by standing still. You find it by taking the next step.

What is the weather like on this section of the Camino in October?

Expect mild daytime temperatures ranging from approximately 55°F to 70°F (13°C to 21°C). Mornings can be cool, and rain is always possible, so layered clothing and rain gear are recommended..

What if I have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions?

Spain offers a wide variety of food options, to support participants with dietary needs such as: Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Food allergies and sensitivities.

Because we will be traveling through multiple towns and restaurants along the Camino, we cannot guarantee that every location will be able to accommodate every dietary restriction exactly as it would be at home. For this reason, participants with significant food allergies or medical dietary requirements should be prepared to make some food choices independently and may wish to bring supplemental snacks that meet their needs..

Is participation in the Family Constellation sessions required?

No. Participation in Family Constellation sessions is completely optional.

During these sessions, participants may choose to:

  • Participate in an exercise
  • Observe the session
  • Journal privately
  • Spend the time in personal reflection
What happens if I cannot complete a walking day?

Available support and transportation options will be discussed during the preparation process.

The goal is to help each participant have a meaningful Camino experience while honoring individual physical needs and limitations. Specific backup transportation may depend on the route, location, and availability.

What is the payment plan and cancellation policy?

To reserve your spot, we ask for a $500 deposit. Depending on the selected plan, the balance will be divided into two more payments. The deposit is non-refundable unless you are able to have another person take your spot

Medical and travel insurance will be provided for the dates and locations of the actual Camino. Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical needs, and lost luggage for all other dates and locations outside the Hiking and Coaching program

How many participants will be in the group?

This is an intentionally small-group experience designed to support meaningful coaching, personal attention, and connection among participants.

Add the final maximum group size here once it has been confirmed.

Why combine coaching with the Camino?

Walking creates space to step away from daily routines, reflect on personal priorities, and consider new possibilities.

Coaching provides structure for that reflection and helps participants translate Camino insights into meaningful, practical next steps after returning home.

Will there be free time?

Yes. The experience includes structured coaching activities, group meals, and shared reflection, along with opportunities for quiet walking, personal reflection, local exploration, rest, and connection with fellow pilgrims.

Is this a religious pilgrimage?

The Camino has spiritual, cultural, and historical roots, but participants come from many different backgrounds and belief systems.

This experience focuses on personal growth, meaningful reflection, connection, and intentional change. Participants are welcome to experience the Camino in the way that feels most meaningful to them.

Can I join the Camino by myself?

Yes. Participants are welcome to join individually.

The small-group design provides connection and support while still allowing space for independent walking and personal reflection.

Which package is right for me?
  • Explorer: Best for participants who want the guided Camino experience, group preparation, and support during the journey.
  • Pathfinder: Recommended for most participants who want individualized coaching before and after the Camino.
  • Trailblazer: Best for participants seeking deeper integration, accountability, and additional coaching after returning home.
